An Original Virtualsoft IP
Some songs entertain. Some songs represent people.
BACKBENCHER is for every student who was judged by where they sat instead of what they could become.
Inspired by classrooms, creators, designers, artists, programmers, gamers, entrepreneurs, and everyone who chose skill over labels, BACKBENCHER is a celebration of the people who kept creating while the world looked somewhere else.

THE STORY BEHIND BACKBENCHER
"पीछे की सीट पे ही Skill तराशी जाती है."
The back row has always been given a label.
But behind those seats are ideas, sketches, code, music, games, designs, businesses and dreams waiting to take shape.
BACKBENCHER turns that idea into a song and a visual experience — a tribute to those who refused to let a label define their potential.
MORE THAN A SONG
BACKBENCHER is an original Virtualsoft IP built around youth, creativity and self-expression.
It brings together:
MUSIC
A song created to represent a generation that refuses to be defined by labels.
ANIMATION
Visual storytelling that brings the energy, attitude and imagination of the backbenchers to life.
CHARACTERS
Relatable young creators who represent different passions, personalities and paths.
STORIES
Everyday experiences transformed into moments of humour, emotion, ambition and inspiration.
FROM AN IDEA TO THE SCREEN
After years of writing, rewriting, recording, rebuilding the music and crafting the visuals shot-by-shot,
BACKBENCHER finally came to life.
It is not simply a song.
It is a creative journey built through music, animation, storytelling and persistence.
